Poistion Overview

Beobank is looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Operations to drive operational excellence and lead our growing operations team. Reporting to the Chief Product & Client Officer, you will oversee approximately 70 professionals across various operational functions. Your leadership will be central to optimizing efficiency, improving cost structures, and enhancing service delivery. This position plays a key role in Beobank’s ongoing mission to exceed client expectations through innovative, high-quality banking services.

Key Responsabilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a strategic roadmap that aligns with Beobank’s client-first philosophy and drives operational efficiency.

  • Team Management: Lead and inspire a newly consolidated operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence across various functions.

  • Innovation & Efficiency: Work closely with product teams to accelerate the development and market delivery of innovative banking solutions.

  • Operational Excellence: Focus on optimizing digital processes, reducing costs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to enhance customer satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in banking operations or related leadership roles.

  • A track record of successfully managing large, cross-functional teams.

  • Strong focus on operational efficiency, digital transformation, and client satisfaction.

  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-driven approach.

  • Ideally having worked at multiple banks and/or with a background in consultancy
