Poistion Overview

As a leading property management platform, dedicated to revolutionizing the Belux hospitality landscape, their goal is to empower independent hotels with innovative technology solutions, driving their success and shaping the future of hospitality. Join their dynamic team and play a pivotal role in transforming hotel operations and guest experiences across Belgium and Luxembourg. 

Key Responsabilities

  • Follow up on demonstration requests and other marketing-qualified leads  

  • Manage the full sales cycle  

  • Identify prospect decision-makers, uncover critical business issues, and stimulate interest  

  • Schedule demonstrations, making and tracking activities  

  • Ensure a smooth handoff to the Implementation team upon closing  

  • Maintain (CRM) data integrity  

  • Enrich inbound marketing activities with your local market and cultural insights  

  • Stay current on industry issues, trends, and competitive offerings  

  • Prospect in-person locally and/or travel as required  

  • Perform other duties as needed  

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Non-Negotiable: Native in Dutch or French (Secondary: Dutch or French) 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.  

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality, technology or SaaS sectors  

  • Extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry, especially independent hotel operations  

  • Compelling Communicator: Ability to captivate audiences, tailor presentations to specific needs, and foster trust through clarity and confidence  

  • Strategic Thinker: Skilled at analyzing data, identifying opportunities, and developing effective sales strategies  

  • Results-driven: Consistently exceed targets, driven by passion and competitive spirit  

  • Proactive Problem-Solver: Anticipate needs, propose solutions proactively, and take the initiative in challenging situations  

  • Adaptable & Agile: Thrive in dynamic environments and adjust readily to complex and changing scenarios

Offer

Competitive salary with important OTE potential (On Target Earnings). Homebased anywhere in Belgium.

2 weeks training and onboarding in Cape Town, South Africa.
